Transformation of an industrial building to Residential

Our company has been assigned by WHITLEY GROUP, the contract to transform an existing inactive industrial building (4 storeys) to modern single or double space apartments. The new building will also offer co-working  spaces and communal spaces for relaxation and collaboration. Special attention has been given the exterior design of the building and the terrace. Environmentally friendly materials and installations will be applied to create an energy efficient building arriving at A+ classification.

ANT architects have created a very fresh design and supervise the overall design implementation during construction. The project is planned for completion by the end of September 2025.
