Our company has been assigned by WHITLEY GROUP, the contract to transform an existing inactive industrial building (4 storeys) to modern single or double space apartments. The new building will also offer co-working  spaces and communal spaces for relaxation and collaboration. Special attention has been given the exterior design of the building and the terrace. Environmentally friendly materials and installations will be applied to create an energy efficient building arriving at A+ classification.

ANT architects have created a very fresh design and supervise the overall design implementation during construction. The project is planned for completion by the end of September 2025.

Our company has been assigned by BANG+, specific SoW for the creation of IWG SPACES new  center in Kallithea, Athens. The total area is almost 3500 sq.m developed in 4 levels.
Our team is supporting construction management process as well as certain supplies of materials and services. The project is planned for completion by the mid of April 2025.
